• Ecosir Group was formed when Panostaja Plc acquired EcoSir Oy (2008), Kospa Oy (2008) and Puztec Oy  (2009) and integrated them to form one of the leading players in it’s field with a unique product offering and know-how.

•Ecosir Group has more than 25 years experience in environmental technology based on integrated companies. It is one of the oldest companies in it’s field

•Panostaja Plc is listed in Helsinki Stock exchange (OMX) and EcosirGroup is one of the 13 business areas. PanostajaPlc’s turnover was 120 million euro in 2009 and Ecosir Group's turnover 6.3 million euro in 2009. PanostajaPlc is a major shareholder in Ecosir Group Oy

•Ecosir Group has it's headquarter in Espoo, Finland and administration in Tampere, Finland. The number of the personnel varies on the projects and the average number of the employees was around 38 in 2009.

•In May 2010 Ecosir Group refocused it’s strategy and divested it’s manufacturing operations and pure product businesses (light and medium sized products). From that moment on, the focus of the Company has been on large area and community construction projects

•Company’s comprehensive product range includes several solutions for mixed and organic waste, energy and paper materials, laundry and waste management consultation

•The major installations for health care applications like hospitals and nursery homes, shopping centers,  and city centers makes it no1 in its field in Europe
